This weeks topic on our minds here at FaBeauty is: Do You think Christian girls, or Believers should wear Bikinis on the beach?
If so, why is it okay? If not, Why is it not okay?
We would like to you to voice your opinion through our comments section!While some Christians believe that these swimsuits are just that, swimsuits, others believe that these swimsuit choices leave little to the imagination. Some may even ask the question: What is the difference between a bikini top and bottom and underwear and a bra?

I think that G.O.G. can wear a nice one-piece, or even a tankini or boy shorts on the beach and look beautiful without being almost naked. Most of us wouldn't go outside in a bra and panties, not because it is inappropriate but because we would not feel comfortable. Our location should not change our priorities. Yes, we dress appropriately for the beach, but appropriately has lots of options that are a little less revealing than a bikini.
ReplyDeleteI don't neccesarily think that a bikini is terrible, but we just have to think about why a G.O.G. would choose a bikini among a selection of many other styles. A bikini is the most revealing of them all. So, are we wearing them because we think that is cute? This is the question. As girls, we need to look at what we think is cute! Like FaBeauty said, why does it seem less fabric is looked upon as "cuter?" We need to think more about what represents us best! Does a bikini represent me well?! Ummm...NO, so I don't wear it!
ReplyDeleteI don't think there is anything wrong with a 2 piece as long as it is tasteful and you are comfortable in it. Now a THONGED bikini on the other hand...that is a BIG G.O.G. Hell NAW!!!
