Hey G.O.G.'s,
Hope everyone is having a wonderful fairtytale Friday, as we are! The Royal wedding has been one of the biggest world-events in a while, and certainly one of the biggest anticipated fashion events of this decade. This event serves to remind us, whether British Royalty or not, we are all princesses in God's eyes. Take this moment to remind yourself of your royal status!
Let's take a look at the new Princess, Kate Middleton's gorgeous wedding dress designed by the one and only star British designer Alexander McQueen!
Kate Middleton arrived at Westminster Abbey this morning wearing a long-sleeved wedding dress with English and French Chantilly lace appliqué bodice, satin gazar pleated skirt and nine-foot train by Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen. She added a full veil, a Cartier tiara borrowed from the Queen and a small bouquet of white blooms. Her hair was styled half-up, half-down.
Gorgeous!!
Kate went for a very classic, yet modern look for her big day. We love the lace bodice and the 9ft train! Stunning.
Kate kept it very simple and classic with her make-up which complimented her gorgeous gown and fabulous diamonds from Cartier, the tiara was given to her to wear by the Queen. Sweet :-)
Hmmm....Something tells me we will see many of these dresses popping up for a long time to come. It's classic, yet beautiful.
Stay tuned for more Royal Wedding Fashion coverage!
Be Blessed!
XoXo,
